GBCUG is mandated to advocate, educate, and collaborate with stakeholders, provide rating and certification of projects and training of professionals in green building best practice We work closely with diverse stakeholders at global, regional, and national levels promoting green and sustainable construction in Uganda as the pathway to achieving  long-term development in line with  the governments  (Vision 2040) and meeting the needs of a rapidly growing urban population and rural poor.

Collaborate to establish mutually beneficial sector partnerships that unlock impact GBCUG is increasingly recognised as the key platform for bringing together all stakeholders including national governments, industry leaders, policymakers, NGOs, academia, and advocates with a shared vision: low carbon, climate resilient  and sustainable buildings and construction sector.
